  • Service Temperature:
  • PTFE: -20°F (-29°C) to 450°F (232°C)
  • PFA: 0°F (-18°C) to 450°F (232°C)
  • Pressure: For Class 150, the maximum allowable working pressure equals the corresponding ANSI pressure-temperature rating per the designated metallurgy.
  • The maximum allowable working pressure for Class 300 steel (accounting for the plastic raised face) is:
  • -20°F to 100°F = 475 psi
  • 200°F = 460 psi
  • 300°F = 440 psi
  • 450°F = 400 psi
  • Vacuum: 1" through 8" pipe has a full vacuum rating to 450°F.
  • Pipe 10" and 12" is available in either "Full Vacuum" (up to 450°F) or "Non-Vacuum" styles.

  • Vacuum: 1"-12"fittings are available with full-vacuum capabilities.

  • For Polyvinylidene Fluoride: 0° F (-18°C) to 275°F (135°C)
  • For Polyvinylidene Fluoride/Hexafluoropropylene Copolymer: -20°F (-29°C) to 275°F (135°C)
  • Pressure: The maximum allowable working pressure equals the corresponding ANSI pressure-temperature rating per the designated metallurgy.
  • Vacuum: 1" through 8" standard fittings have full vacuum rating to 275°F.

  • Note: Operating temperature limitations may be encountered depending upon specific chemical environments.
  • Pressure: For Class 150, the maximum allowable working pressure equals the corresponding ANSI pressure-temperature rating per the designated metallurgy. The maximum allowable working pressure for Class 300 steel (accounting for the plastic raised face) is:
  • -20°F to 150°F = 475 psi
  • 200°F = 460 psi
  • 275°F = 445 psi
  • Vacuum: Pipe has a full vacuum rating to 275°F.

  • Pressure: For Class 150, the maximum allowable working pressure equals the corresponding ANSI pressure-temperature rating per the designated metallurgy. The maximum allowable working pressure for Class 300 steel (accounting for the plastic raised face) is:
  • 0°F to 150°F = 475 psi
  • 200°F = 460 psi
  • 225°F = 450 psi
  • Vacuum: Pipe 1" through 10" has a full vacuum rating to 225°F. Pipe 12" has a full vacuum rating to 215°F.
